SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE FOR 2020 NORTH BROADWAY, SUITE 207, WALNUT CR EK,
TO LYNN HICKLIN
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease, commencing June 22, 1995 with Lynn Hicklin, for
the premises at 2020 North Broadway, Suite 207, Walnut Creek, for occupancy under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: This Lease will provide annual revenue of approximately $5,940 for the
budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: This Lease will provide for
revenue from surplus County office space.
