BACKGROUND:
There are still three vacancies on the Women' s Advisory Committee.
Staff to the Committee has recruited several individuals and the
Committee has recommended their appointment. The Internal
Operations Committees has not indicated a need to interview the
individuals before they are appointed and it is, therefore,
recommended that the Board concur in t se appointments .

Attached for review and consideration by the Internal Operations Committee are three (3)
applications from individuals the Women's Advisory Committee is recommending for
appointment to fill three at-large vacancies on the Committee.
The Membership Review Committee (MRC) has been interviewing interested applicants
over the past three months. The Committee voted on April 18, 1995, to recommend for
appointment the following candidates:
