Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property to the City of Antioch West Antioch Creek Surplus Project No. 7579-6D8307 Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on May 23, 1995, passed Resolution No. 95/228 and Notice fixing June 27,1995, at 9:30 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the City of Antioch; said Notice was duly published in the Antioch Ledger. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said property is no longer required for present or future County use and the sales price of $74,000 represents its market value. This Board hereby APPROVES the Purchase Agreement between Contra Costa County and the City of Antioch, and the conveyance of the property located at 4th Street and West Antioch Creek, to the City upon payment of $74,000 to the County. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to.execute a Grant Deed to the City of Antioch on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the City for acceptance and recording. The Public Works Director is hereby AUTHORIZE to sign the Purchase Agreement on behalf of the County. This property is not required for County use and the sale price is the market value of said property.
