SUBJECT: 1995 SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM FUNDING REQUESTS
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE funding for three summer recreation programs and allocate funding from the Housing
Authority Section 8 Reserves,as recommended by the Advisory Housing Commission:

be funded through the Section 8 Reserves.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONBACKGROUND
The Housing Authority has received three additional summer recreation program proposals totaling
$27,225. The Budget Committee and the Policy& Strategy Committee of the Advisory Housing Commission
