Please be advised that we have modified our computer programs to accommodate notification to taxpayers prior to the recordation of tax liens. Although notice is provided with the original tax billing, we believe this additional process will further remind taxpayers of their payment oversight avoiding the stigma of a tax lien which remains on the public records for 10 years.
