undersigned, being the present title owner of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby
make an irrevocable offer of dedication to CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of
the State of California, and its successors or assigns, for street, highway landscaping and other related
purposes including maintenance thereof, the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa,
State of California, described in Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat
map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successors or assigns shall incur
no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the
offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the local governing bodies of its successors or
assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon heirs, successors, assigns, and
personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

Real property located in an unincorporated area of Contra Costa County, California,being a portion of
Parcel 2 as described in the deed to Wickland Oil Company, a California corporation, recorded
October 26, 1977 in Book 8564 of Official Records at page 388,records of said County,described as
follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 1,Township 2 North,Range 4 West, Mount Diablo
Meridian;thence southerly along the east line of said Section 1 (TIN.,RAW.,M.D.M.)2417.47 feet;
thence,leaving the east line of Section 1,westerly 2020.52 feet to the most westerly corner of said
Parcel 2 (8564 O.R. 388)the Point of Beginning, said point further described as lying on the southerly
right of way line of San Pablo Avenue, said point from which a radial line of a non-tangent curve
concave to the north,having a radius of 640.00 feet the center of which bears north 26°43'58"east;
thence from the Point of Beginning,easterly and northeasterly along the arc of said curve,through a
