SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT - 2131 CRESTVIEW LANE, PITTSBURG
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE a lease amendment, with Busby - Deutscher Headstart,
for classroom and playground space at 2131 Crestview Lane, Pittsburg , for continued use by the
Lido Square Head Start Program, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
lease amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said lease
amendment on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: This lease amendment will provide
space for continued use by the Lido Square Head Start Program as requested by the Community
Services Department.
