HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06271995 - C4 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 27, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers; Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3676 ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District III SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring a Stop Intersection at LIVORNA ROAD (Road No. 4234A) and MIRANDA AVENUE (Road No. 42348). The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated): Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code the intersection of LIVORNA ROAD (Road No. 4234A) and MIRANDA AVENUE (Road No. 42348), ALAMO is hereby declared to be a stop intersection and all vehicles traveling on LIVORNA ROAD, shall stop before entering said intersection. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the data shown.
