SUBJECT: Approve Addendum No. 1 for the Laurel Road Basin Improvements Project
Project No. 7557-6D8492-95, CDD-CP #93-76
Specific Request(s) or Recommendation(s) & Background & Justification
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE prior issuance of Addendum No. 1 for the Laurel Road Basin Improvements Project.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The estimated contract cost of the project is $270,000, funded by Drainage Area 30A funds
(100%). There is no change caused by this Addendum.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND:
On May 23, 1995, the Board of Supervisors approved plans and specifications for this project.
This addendum is required to clarify the Notice to Contractors and Proposal and Contract.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Failure to correct the Notice to Contractors and Proposal and Contract may lead to a significant
delay in completion of the project and additional costs.
