Financial lmpact: The combining of the above zones and the continuation of assessments for Fiscal Year 1995-1996 will continue to raise funds to be used solely on maintenance and improvements in the zones and will have no General Fund impact. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The proposed dissolution of Landscape District Zones 15, 43, 41 and 50 and the combining of these zones into Zones 8, 24, 46 and 27, respectively, will provide the mechanism for accurate accounting of maintenance costs as they relate to the services provided in the individual zone. Each zone that is being transferred is contiguous with the zone that it is being annexed to and, in some cases, shares the same irrigation system.
