SUBJECT: LEASE OPTION FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, its first option to extend the lease, dated
September 14, 1993 with William and Phyllis Lowe for the premises at 3811 Bissell Avenue,
Richmond for continued occupancy by the Public Defender, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease Option.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of office space as requested by the Public Defender.
