AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the County. - C. APPROVE payment of $29,000 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Old Republic Title Company, 3000 Clayton Road, Concord, Escrow No. 196893 to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. i D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder. Right of way on this portion of Central Street is no longer required for public purposes. The vacation of the roadway is needed for West Contra Costa Resource Recovery.
