SUBJECT: Approval of Standard Contract #27-115 with
Pauline Jones
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee
(Milt Camhi) , to execute on behalf of the County, Standard Contract
#27-115 with Pauline Jones, for the period from May 1, 1995 through
April 30, 1996, in the amount of $64, 200, for consultation and
technical assistance to the Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) with
regard to the Psychiatric Services Program.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded by CCHP member premiums.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONSIBACKGROUND:
Approval of this Standard Contract #27-115 will allow the Contractor
to provide consultation and technical assistance to CCHP with regard
to the Psychiatric Services Program, including but not limited to,
selection of psychiatric nursing staff, development of training
programs, and supervision of staff in the Advice Nurse Program,
through April 30, 1996.
