SUBJECT: SUBLEASE FOR THE PREMISES AT 2600
STANWELL DRIVE, CONCORD
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Sublease, commencing May 1, 1995 between Lenders Information
Systems, Inc. and Century Analysis, Inc. for the premises at 2600 Stanwell Drive,
Suite 215, Concord, and an amendment to said sublease amending the term from
month to month to a term not exceding one year, for occupancy by the Century
Analysis, Inc., under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Sublease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to APPROVE said
Sublease and Amendment on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
There will. be no financial impact on the County.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
The County has subleased a portion of the premises to Lenders Information Systems,
Inc. The County's sublease to Lenders Information Systems, Inc. requires County
approval of their sublease to Century Analysis, Inc. It is in the County's interest that
this sublease be approved.
