Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Convey Real Property to the City of Antioch West Antioch Creek Surplus Project No. 7579-6D8307 Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to convey to the City of Antioch, County owned real property described in the attached Notice for$74,000 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement on file in the Public Works Department. This property is not required for County use and the sale price is the market value of said property. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, June 27, 1995, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Antioch Ledger, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
