The Discovery Bay Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) RESOLVES THAT: The Board of Supervisors having established the Municipal Advisory Council In 1992 and said Council having continued since that time as a local agency authorized by Government Code Section 31010, and having been designated as a local agency required to adopt a local Conflict of Interest Code, the Discovery Say MAC ADOPTS as the Conflict of Interest Code for the Discovery Bay MAC, 2 Cal.
