HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04041995 - 1.7 l i} I THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 4, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Sraiith, D'Saulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/150 (S & H § 8355) Subject: Sale of County Surplus Real Property Bay Point Area Project No. 0662-6U4336 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On March 14, 1995, the Board adopted Resolution No. 95/101 which vacated a portion of land adjacent to the east side of Goble Drive. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, and in consideration of payment of$3,000 which has been paid in full, the Board hereby APPROVES the sale of said property to Pacific Gas & Electric Company and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to grantee. RESOLUTION NO. 95/ 150 1, 7 The Board REVIEWED and APPROVED the project on March 14, 1995, and DETERMINED the project to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15312. The filing fee was paid and a Notice of Exemption was filed with the County Clerk. The project has been determined to be exempt from 65402 review in accordance with the Board of Supervisor's Resolution 81/522 because the project involves a disposition of excess road right of way of a minor nature.
