This project consists of the installation of sidewalk, landscaping behind the sidewalk, median landscaping and landscape irrigation facilities on State Route 4. Introducing this new landscaping will not only beautify State Route 4, but confirm one's arrival in Oakley. This and other infrastructure improvements will ensure that Oakley continues to experience commercial and residential development. The Agency intends to review the engineering estimate f rom Public Works for the project. Should bid estimates be higher than the Agency's allocation to the project, the Agency and Public Works will review the scope of the project to address any potential gap. a:\ed2\landscap.oak
