County DATE: April 4, 1995 °rTj•�°�"� SUBJECT: , ADVISORY COUNCIL ON AGING VACANCY SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION: On behalf of the Advisory Council on Aging, it is recommended that the Board of Supervisors take the following action: Declare vacant the Member at Large seat held by Loriane Pimentel and request the Clerk of the Board to apply the Board's policy for filling this vacancy. Mrs. Pimentel's term expires September 30, 1996. JUSTIFICATION: It is necessary to fill the vacancy caused by Mrs. Pimentel's death in an effort to bring the Advisory Council to its required number of active members.
