EOR ALL SIGNATURES -The name and interest of the signer should be typed or printed In the space provided. The name must be signed exactly as it is typed or printed. II. SIGNATURES FOR INDIVIDUALS-The name must be signed exactly as it is printed or typed. The signers Interest in the property must be stated. Ill. SIGNATURES FOR PARTNERSHIPS-Signing party must be either a general partner or be authorized in writing to have the authority to sign for and bind the partnership. IV. SIGNATURES FOR CORPORATIONS Documents should be signed by two officers,one from each of the following two groups: GROUP 1. (a)The Chair of the Board GROUP 2. (a)The Secretary (b)The President (b)An Assistant Secretary (c)Any Vice-President (c)The Chief Financial Officer (d)The Assistant Treasurer If signatures of officers from each of the above two groups do not appear on the instrument,a certified copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors authorizing the person signing the instrument to execute instruments of the type in question is required. Notarization of only one corporate signature or signatures from only one group,must contain the following phrase: "...and acknowledged to me that such corporation executed the within instrument pursuant to its by-laws or a resolution of its Board of Directors" g:lengsvclworklnotary2.new C(OPY EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION Storm Drain Easement All that certain real property situate in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Parcel A of Subdivision MS 105-87 filed January 23, 1990 in Book 144 of Parcel Maps at Page 43, Contra Costa County Records, described as follows: An easement, ten feet in width, measured at right angles to the herein described centerline: Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Parcel A (144 PM 43), said point also being within the right of way of Brodia Way, a private road; thence from said point of commencement along the southeasterly property line of said Parcel A(144 PM 43) South 43°04'08" West, 39.39 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described centerline; thence from said point of beginning North 55°06'47" West, 140.18 feet to the beginning of a tangent 300 foot radius curve concave to the southwest; thence along said curve,through a central angle of 15°55'46" an arc distance of 83.41 feet; thence leaving said curve North 71°02'33" West,49.87 feet; thence North 55°50'10" West, 21.01 feet more or less to the north line of said Parcel A(144 PM 43).
