S. Sadruddin, 2053 Main Street, Oakley 94561; and b. Jaspal Kaur & Harinder Singh, 3800 San Pablo Dam Road, El Sobrante 94803. "REFERRED TO SHERIFF-CORONER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR FOR RECOMMENDATION 1.122 LETTER dated March 24, 1995,from D. Fogarty,Executive Director, Californians Against Utility Company Abuse, 111 Anza Blvd., Suite 406, Burlingame 94010, urging the Board of Supervisors to join them in opposing efforts by utilities to fund electric or natural gas vehicle research from rate payers' revenues. Failure to include such (restrictions) will be a HUGE disservice to the people in the area, the cities in the area and the City of Walnut Creek and most communities along the I-680 -580 Corridors. The Tri-Vallty Transportation Plan gave attention to transportation issues;see the LOS Standards. Such MUST be incorporated in ANY agreement entered into by and between any entity of Contra Costa County and those seeking to consumate an agreement re development n and of Daugherty Valley.
