Honorable Gayle Bishop, Chair &
Members Board of Supervisors
Contra Costa County
Greetings.,RE:Daugherty Valley et al-VIA FAX
Any agreement, however arrived at involving Daugherty Valley MUST
include transportation elements that are BINDING on all parties. Failure
to include such (restrictions) will be a HUGE disservice to the
people in the area, the cities in the area and the City of Walnut Creek
and most communities along the I-680 -580 Corridors.
The Tri-Vallty Transportation Plan gave attention to transportation
issues;see the LOS Standards. Such MUST be incorporated in ANY
agreement entered into by and between any entity of Contra Costa
County and those seeking to consumate an agreement re development
n and of Daugherty Valley.
Respectfully, request your Honorable Board act to ensure the above is
effectuated before and/or in any agreement re Daugherty Valley.
