Recommended Action: APPROVE project, and DETERMINE that the project is a California Environmental Quality Act Class 1 c, Section 15301(b)(3) Categorical Exemption, and DIRECT the Public Works Director to prepare contract plans and specifications for construction, and DIRECT the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk, and DIRECT the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk for filing of the Notice of Exemption. II. Financial Impact: The estimated cost of the project is $39,000 which will be funded by Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds (90%) and the County Road Funds (10%). There is no impact to the County's General Fund. III.
