Recommended Action: APPROVE project, and DETERMINE that the project is a California Environmental Quality Act Class 1c, Section 15301(b)(3) Categorical Exemption, and DIRECT the Public Works Director to prepare contract plans and specifications for construction, and DIRECT the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk, and DIRECT the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk for filing of the Notice of Exemption. II. Financial Impact: The estimated cost of the project is $80,000 which will be funded by Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds (79%) and the County Road Funds (21%). There is no impact to the County's General Fund. III.
