FFP, 2 iqq 631 Pine St. 11th floor I Martinez , CA. 94553-1229 9 OFFICE OF Dear Mr. Van Marter: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR Re: Members of the Homeless Advisory Committee I am finally sending you the information requested in your letter of December 19 , 1994 , regarding members of the Homeless Advisory Committee whose terms expire on March 1 , 1995. Since this committee has had only voluntary or no secretaries for some time, has changed leadership more than once, and has changed County Department directorship it has been difficult to track down attendance records for the past two years. 'Just last Wednesday Pat Pinkston was able to supply me with records for 23 dates of meetings from March 3, 1993 through November 21,1994. There is no way of knowing how many of the absenses were possibly excused due to ill health, vacations, pressing business or meetings but not recorded as such. Updated applications for the following five members who wish to remain on HAC are enclosed: 1) Ginger Marsh, first appointed to the HOMELESS Advisory Committee cDmo on Feb. 26 , 1990 ; attendance at above-mentioned 23 dates: 10 present, 2 excused, 11 absent. 2) Raymond Loveday, first appointed on Feb. 26 , 1990; attendance as above: 9 present, 5 excused, 9 absent. 3) Bruce Oberlander, first appointed on Jan. 15 , 1991; attendance: 20 present, 3 absent. 4 ) Benita Harris , first appointed April 11 , 1994 , but who attended quite often before being appointed; attendance: 9 present, 2 excuses , 12 absent. 5) Phil Bertenthal, firsr appointed June 25 , 1991; attendance: 12 present, 3 excused, 8 absent. Raymond Ulmer will not reapply at this time because he is too busy with other civic duties .
