I. Recommended Action:
1. APPROVE Amendment to Right of Way Agreement with Southern Pacific Transportation
Company.
2. AUTHORIZE the Chief Engineer to sign said Amendment on behalf of the District.
3. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check for $1,000.00 payable to: Southern
Pacific Transportation Company, One MarketPlaz Suite 912, San Francisco, CA.,
94105, to be forwarded to the Real Property Divis* or delivery.

Payment is for a six months extension of a Temporary Construction Permit required for the San
