III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Pulte Home Corporation has been required by the City of Brentwood to secure a temporary
secondary access to its Subdivision 7828 until such time as the southerly extension of Fairview
Avenue is completed. License Agreement will allow Pulte to construct, maintain and use a
temporary right of way across a portion of Dry Creek between Crescent Drive and Claremont
Drive, and provides for the removal of any improvements by Pulte upon termination of Agreement.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Pulte Home Corporation will be unable to provide the required access.
