Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Pulte Home Corporation has been required by the City of Brentwood to secure a temporary secondary access to its Subdivision 7828 until such time as the southerly extension of Fairview Avenue is completed. License Agreement will allow Pulte to construct, maintain and use a temporary right of way across a portion of Dry Creek between Crescent Drive and Claremont Drive, and provides for the removal of any improvements by Pulte upon termination of Agreement. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Pulte Home Corporation will be unable to provide the required access.
