J' County Director of Community Development rA C ,;� DATE: March 21, 1995 SUBJECT: Approval of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)Program Project Agreement, FY 1994/95 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Deputy Director- Redevelopment, or Designee to execute Community Development Block Grant contract amendments for projects and/or services with the listed contractors to carry forward prior year unexpended balances and increase their contract amounts as shown. FISCAL IMPACT None (100%U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds) BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS For a variety of reasons ranging from slow project development and implementation to late contract approval, these projects have fund balances. All of the projects listed on exhibit A have been approved for and received Community Development Block Grant funding for FY 1993/94 and FY 1994/95.
