Project No.: 4660-6X4013-92 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: APPROVE prior issuance of Addendum No. 1 for the State Highway 4 Widening Project. II. Financial Impact: The estimated contract cost of the project is now$640,000, funded by Oakley/North Brentwood AOB (48%), Redevelopment (32%), SB300 (20%). III. Reasons for Recommendations and Backaround: On February 14, 1995, the Board of Supervisors approved plans and specifications for this project. This addendum is required for the following reason: *Minor corrections were made to the Proposal. IV.
