The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated): Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby declared to be prohibited at all times on the south side of State Route 4, Oakley, beginning at the westerly curb line of Second Street and extending westerly a distance of 40 feet.
