As you are aware, the possibility of work rule changes related to Countywide library operations is an issue which has been discussed by the County and cities within the county since funding reductions forced service level reductions which have affected all of our library users. A Task Force established, to review countywide library issues will be completing that process by July, 1995. Danville is concerned that any action on Section 57.10 of the MOU to be considered by the Board could preclude options or recommendations to be forwarded by the Task Force. Accordingly, Danville is requesting that the Board defer any action on Section 57.10 of the MOU until after July, 1995. This will permit the Board to consider any action on this section in light of any recommendations made by the Task r Force. Thank you for consideration. Sincerely, TOWN OF DANVILLE Millie Greenberg Mayor - r•_,:r :,na.c_», .(510)820-6337
