Recommended Action: A. APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Grant Deed dated January 13, 1995, from John & Pauline Papini. B. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. C. APPROVE-payment of$165,000 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to transfer $132,000 from the Park Dedication Trust Fund, 8136, Account No. 271130201, to Public Works Account No. 7557 and issue a check in the amount of$165,000 payable to Chicago Title Company, Walnut Creek, CA., Escrow No. 076461 to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
