SUBJECT: LEASE - 850 JONES STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing September 1, 1994, with the
Martinez Unified School District for the premises at 850 Jones
Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the Community Services
Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Replaces the current leased classroom space located at 600 "F"
Street, Martinez, for use as a Preschool classroom as
requested by the Community Services Department.
