RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director, Contra Costa County Private Industry Council, to: (1) execute on behalf of the County standard form Vocational Training Agreements with Vocational Training Institutions named on the attached "Vocational Training Institutions Listing", to provide training, at the tuition rates set forth in said agreements, to eligible enrollees under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) Individual Referral Program, for the period beginning July 1, 1994 and ending June 30 1995; and (2) ' execute additional standard form agreements and amendment agreements with said Vocational Training Institutions as may be needed for periodic revisions, such as adding or deleting a training course, training fees and/or compliance revisions to State or Federal regulations/guidelines. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. 100 percent Federal funds. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: By its Order dated April 19, 1994 the Board approved the County's Private Industry Council Job Training Plan for 1994-95 which includes funds for this training activity.
