DIRECT the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. DIRECT the.Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to. the County Clerk for filing of the Notice of Exemption. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The estimated project cost is $230,340, funded by Central County A.O.B. Funds (100%). III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: The project includes the widening and restriping of Peralta Road between Arnold Industrial Way and Arnold Industrial Place. The project has been determined to be in compliance with the General Plan and is exempt from CEQA because it consists of minor alterations to existing road facilities involving only a negligible expansion of use per Section 15301 of the CEQA guidelines.
