II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
The source of revenue for these contracts is the allocation
of State and Federal funds made available to the Contra
Costa County Area Agency on Aging for delivery of Older
Americans Act programs and services.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION
The Director, Office on Aging, recommends authorization to
conduct negotiations and execute Office on Aging's
continuing FY 1994-95 contracts as specified above. AAA
contractors provide needed services for the elderly to
maintain their independence.
