Board of Supervisors Contra Costa County Martinez CA I am writing to ask your assistance in maintaining rersidential zoning in our neighborhood. Patra Drive is a short and very nice street in E1 Sobrante . Recently a new neighbor moved in ,and is running a limousine service out of his home at 2542 Patra Drive. The limos are parked all over (he has 4 or 5 ) and the drivers use the street for parking. Please make him comply with the zoning and have him relocate his place of business elsewhere. Our property values will fall if this nuisance continues .
