II. Financiallmpact:
Payment totalling $800 which is 89% reimbursable from Federal Aid Funds and 11% from El
Sobrante AOB funds.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
These property rights are required for the Appian Way Triangle project in accordance with
