The Board received a letter dated May 18, 1994, from Contra Costa TAXPAYERS Association requesting that Marge Leeds and Joel Harmon as alternate be appointed to the Hazardous Materials Commission, for a term ending December 31, 1996. Gossard as Eugene Harrison the representative of the Contra Costa Taxpayers Association. We also Don Joost Don Lively recommend that Joel C. Harmon be appointed as Ms. Leeds': alternate to Charles Lohse replace Don Joost. Aarlculture Ms. Leeds is the Health and Safety Manager at Shell Oil 's Martinez Ray Fujii Louis Ginochio Complex. Mr. Harmon is the Environmental Conservation Manager at the Paul Lamborn same location. Both will bring a wealth of knowledge of hazardous Louis Mangini materials issues to the Commission, are familiar with its mission, and Michael Vukelich are eager to assume the responsibilities that a position on the Commission Commercial requires.
