THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF

Adopted this Order on May 31, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: APPOINT Marge Leeds and Joel Harmon as alternate to the Hazardous
Materials Commission.
The Board received a letter dated May 18, 1994, from Contra Costa TAXPAYERS
Association requesting that Marge Leeds and Joel Harmon as alternate be appointed to the
Hazardous Materials Commission, for a term ending December 31, 1996.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED THAT the appointment of Marge Leeds and Joel Harmon
as alternate be APPROVED.
