THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on May 24, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/296
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7385, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7385 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of April 25, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Holly Drive, La Casa Drive, Verona Court, Verona
Avenue the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map
of Subdivision 7385 filed May 27, 1993, in Book 365 of Maps at page 50, Official Records of
Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Empire Avenue is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed on the Final Map, recorded
on May 27, 1993, in Book 365 of Maps at page 50 and by separate instrument, Series No. 94
08449.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is
hereby established,and the$5900 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 224855, dated April
30, 1993) made by Morrison Homes be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements
of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
