The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7385 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of April 25, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY May.18, 1994 Seaboard Surety Company Bond No. 253458-93 Performance $581,550 Labor & Materials $293,550. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Holly Drive, La Casa Drive, Verona Court, Verona Avenue the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 7385 filed May 27, 1993, in Book 365 of Maps at page 50, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established,and the$5900 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 224855, dated April 30, 1993) made by Morrison Homes be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
