As you know, the County and Windemere have just completed a Settlement Agreement with the City of San Ramon and the Town of Danville. Because settlement was reached just last Friday, additional time is required to ensure that the Development Agreements and Preliminary Development Plans are consistent with the Settlement Agreement. In addition, there is a possibility that the other cities involved in the litigation may settle and we want to be able to ensure consistency throughout all the pertinent documents. Therefore, WindeMere would like to request a delay in the hearings on the Dougherty Valley PDPs and DA until May 24th If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. Sincerely, r F.
