Dear Mr. Philbrick:.
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of March 18, 1994, about

Discovery Bay is currently identified in the AMS database as a non-facility
mailing name, and a preferred last line, enabling any mail addressed to

Also of interest, since we last talked, I have learned that in response to the
recognized growth in your area, the Byron postal facility is on our fiscal year
1995 priority list to study for new lease construction. This information should
be welcome to the many Discovery Bay citizens 'and groups who have written
to Ms. Miller. Thank you for forwarding their letters.
I know we will talk again soon, and I am.looking forward to meeting with you
personally in the near future.
