SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
A. APPROVE Right of Way Contract dated April 25, 1994, from San Ramon Valley Methodist
Church.
B. APPROVE payment of$500.00 for a Temporary Construction Permit and AUTHORIZE the
Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to San Ramon Valley
Methodist Church, 902 Danville Blvd., Alamo, California, 94507, to be forwarded to the
Real Property Division for delivery.
Il. Financial impact:
Payment of $500.00 from Drainage Area 10 funds.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The Drainage Area 10 Line G Improvement project requires the temporary use of a portion of
the Church's property in order to construct the proposed improvements.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications.
