III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Since 1977, the County, through its Office on Aging, has
operated a Senior Community Services Employment Program under
Title V of the Older Americans Act.
As a result of the change in the State funding formula for
the Title V program, funds received for program year 1994-95
will be $22 less than funds received for the previous year.
