A. ACCEPT a portion of the following offers of dedication for drainage purposes, as
described in the attached Exhibit A, which were previously accepted for recording
purposes only.

B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have a certified copy of the Board
Order recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:
No costs involved.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
To give the District the necessary right of way for the Miranda Creek Improvement
project. These offers of dedication were obtained as conditions of approval for
development plans to provide for creek and drainage improvements, and were
previously accepted for recording purposes only.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Negative action would require us to purchase the already dedicated right of way.
