CONCORD Dear Mr. Va arter: Earl Mortenson This is in response to your letter dated February 15, 1994, regarding Patricia Bello's Patricia Beellollo CONTRA co. term of office. Mrs. Bello informed the District that she would not seek Jim Pinckney reappointment and would contact the County directly. I was under the impression Scott randy that this had been done, and that the County was in the process of replacing her. DANVILLE David Jameson, Ph.D. Ms Bello was a very conscientious trustee, with a good attendance record. As you EL CERRITO may recall, she became a member of this board upon consolidation with Diablo H. Richard Mank Valley Mosquito Abatement District, in 1986, and served a total of twelve years HERCULES between both agencies. Please be advised that as per prior agreement, the County Vacant may appoint up to three trustees. One of these is at large, the other two are from LAFAYETTE unincorporated areas, one of which must be from east county. As Mrs. Bello Marilyn Milby represented east county, it would be appropriate to find a trustee from that part of MARTINEZ the County.
