THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on April 19, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Powers
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/229
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County
Roads, Subdivision 7152, Bay Point Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7152 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with West Pittsburg
Seabreeze L.P. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub-
division Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of November 23, 1993 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that St. Tropez Drive, St. Raphael Drive, Rapallo
Court,Rapallo Way,Beaulieu Drive,Beaulieu Court,Rapallo Lane, and Beaulieu Place, the
hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of
Subdivision 7152 filed May 17, 1990, in Book 347 of Maps at page 5, Official Records of
Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County
Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Evora Road is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument,
recorded on December 5, 1990, in Volume 16283 of Official Records on page 690.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is
hereby established as of November 23, 1993, and the $13,716 cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 172280 dated April 23, 1990), made by West Pittsburg Seabreeze L.P.
be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
