Recommended Action: ACCEPT Quitclaim Deed dated April 19, 1994, from Contra Costa County. DIRECT the Real property Division to have the above referenced Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. II. Financiallmpact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These property rights are required to complete the assemblage of Development Area 4 in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Specific Plan area. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to complete the assemblage of Development Area 4.
