Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT Grant of Easement dated August 31, 1992, from Ronald E. and Shirley A. Nunn. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have above-referenced Grant of Easement recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. II. Financial Impact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Ronald and Shirley Nunn are waiving compensation and donating to the County property rights required for the Sunset Road Vertical Alignment. The project was planned to correct unsafe conditions caused by rises in the road and inadequate sight distances. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
