SUBJECT: LEASE - 724 ESCOBAR STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDED ACTION
Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County,
an option to extend the Lease, dated August 1, 1989, with
McMahon-Telfer Properties for the premises at 724 Escobar
Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Superior
Court, Family Court Services, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease Option.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the
General Services Department.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as required by the Superior Court,
Family Court Services Division.
