Continue further hearings on the rezonings, development agreements
and preliminary development plans until March 15, 1994 . -

BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Settlement discussions regarding the litigation on these items
continues. The suggested continuance would provide an opportunity
to work out final details.
